Last week, Bluebeam® Software, leading developer of markup and collaboration solutions for document-intensive industries, received multiple top honors at the eighth annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. Bluebeam’s gold and silver winning entries in the Outbound Marketing Program of the Year and Sales Training Program of the Year categories were chosen from more than 1,500 nominations from organizations of all sizes representing many industries.

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top sales awards, contact center awards, and customer service awards. The Stevie Awards organizes several of the world’s leading business awards shows including the prestigious American Business Awards and International Business Awards.

The Outbound Marketing Campaign of the Year gold award recognizes Bluebeam’s “Collaborate…Anywhere” campaign, which includes customer case studies, power user events, editorial coverage, a microsite and an advertising campaign that were all designed to show technical professionals that they can collaborate anywhere with Bluebeam’s flagship solution, Revu®. All elements in the campaign focus on changing the perception of where work takes place – whether from a tropical secluded beach or in an underground tunnel – and that, with Bluebeam’s technology, anything is possible.

Bluebeam’s silver in the Sales Training Program of the Year acknowledges the Bluebeam Crash Course as a unique cornerstone of the company’s channel partner Bluebeam Rally Incentive Program. The multi-tier Bluebeam Crash Course’s on-demand, video-based training program teaches the fundamentals needed to sell Bluebeam solutions, the functional knowledge of all solution features, and gives examples of how features can be applied to real customer workflows. Reseller partners report doubling sales after completing the first tier of the program and increasing sales up to 400% after completing all three tiers.

“Entries to the Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service have almost doubled over the past few years,” said Michael Gallagher, president and founder of the Stevie Awards. “Not only have we seen a dramatic increase in the number of entries, but the judges have also seen a remarkable rise in the quality of the nominations submitted overall. We congratulate all of this year’s Stevie winners for their outstanding work.”

“We believe we should continuously work towards being the best at everything we do – product development, marketing and media, customer service, channel relations, education and training and so forth,” says Richard Lee, Bluebeam Software President and CEO. “Receiving these Stevie Awards demonstrates that we are on track with our primary goal to enable our customers to do what they do better.”

The awards were presented to honorees during a gala banquet on Friday, February 21 at the Bellagio in Las Vegas. More than 400 nominated customer service and sales executives from the U.S.A. and several other countries attended.
